Summer Reading Recommendations We’ve created lists of great books, chosen by a panel of librarians, educators, and book industry professionals, for kids K-12. PLUS, this year we’ve developed a list of recommendations for Adults as well. Summer Reading Program Earn a great EPIC t-shirt just for reading - adults too! Just download the appropriate Reading Journal, read the required number of books, turn in your completed journal, and the shirt is your! Submit your finished journals between July 19, 2021, and August 13, 2021. The Epic Night of Literacy and Movie in the Park, Saturday, September 18, 2021 Shiver me timbers, this year, we’re weighing anchor and setting sail with a pirate theme, with free activities, games, a costume contest, a treasure hunt, and more! After the event, we’ll maroon ourselves on the lawn and watch The Goonies! The event is family friendly and free. Further details are to be announced.
